This was a conversation I had earlier with someone who cried Wolf (no pun intended) and then told me they lied. This is why we don't ban on people's word unless you have proof. No offense to Wambotrot but this is why you people need to read the rules.

Im going to beat lightbulbs in here(gah, he beat me in while i typed this mess up) and jump on this, although sadly I can't whip out epic masterpieces of art to assist me.

First off ohmsen is a very old mod and has been around for a while. He would not simply jump on someone with your level of proof, and if he had seen more proof, the person in question would already be banned. Therefore, you must be lying regarding ohmsen and him believing a ban was required. Unless ohms himself wants to step in and save you of course.

Second, you were worried about wolf kicking you? Despite the fact that he just spent time explaining to you that he was going to follow the rules exactly? Whatever you are smoking, I want some. That or you are lying about something quite petty and claiming that your rage quit was not in fact a rage quit. Which is totally irrelevant to this discussion, but its fun to point out.

Third, wam, you don't seem to understand that around here, we follow the rules. Beyond being a very unconvincing person and a poor liar, you also don't seem to understand that your word isn't worth crap and that in order to get a ban we need evidence. Evidence that you clearly don't have. Having a mod in your realm still doesn't elevate you to any particular position. Your still at base plebeian commoner.

And now of course to attack your actual claim itself. I will post a few quotes from the log. Lets see if anyone can spot the discrepancy. Red is my clarification of the quotes for those too lazy to read the log.

How can ohmsen possibly be aware of this in any way? If he hasn't been on in 2 weeks, how can he know anything about a player who just showed up a few days ago? Beyond that, how could ohmsen be aware that said player is a griefer?

And you continue to push this 'ohmsen will save me" stuff. Very bizzare. Rather than suggesting a ban or punishment for wam himself, i recommend he go and get his head checked for extra holes. He seems to be having trouble keeping his story straight, even when its posted half a screen down.

And finally, I wouldn't do it because I've been in that realm since the beginning and I wouldn't and don't want to grief it, all my stuff got stolen too. However we seem to have a real Dr. Lightman over here, thinks he knows when I'm lying just by reading my text on the screen, maybe he saw the eyebrow on my character twitch and that was all he needed. So, I know virtual_aidz griefed my realm because:
A. The player limit on being able to make realms private raised all of the sudden allowing a person to join without us knowing.
2. Nobody knows virtual_aidz.
D. All of the truthful facts I've stated in this entire post.
Griefs in real life aren't solved by somebody asking a police officer to TP to them or taking screenies. They are solved by evidence and the ability to work out the truth using that evidence, a lot like what I've done here.

You admitted to lying to a mod so why on earth would we trust you. Your story's changed about 10 times. Geez this story has more twist and turns than an M. Night Shyamalan movie.
I'm pretty positive that the player limit didn't just raise.
I don't think barley anyone knew you before this.
This isn't real life if you haven't realized yet. And if it was, let me make a scenario. The police are trying to decide if a man committed a murder, one person says well i have never seen him before today so he has to be guilty. That is you right now. Intelli owns the server he can decide how people should get banned.
Edit: Also griefs don't really happen in real life. Its a term used for online games.

We are just going in circles at this point. Wam doesn't understand that no matter what he says, its not proof. He needs pics or video of the thief in action. Most of yall don't seem to understand that wam simply doesn't get it. However, even in the event that ohmsen did show up, he couldn't ban vitrual, since he lacks the necessary proof. Mods are not exempt from the rules. They have special rules that allow them to do extra stuff and skip some steps, but they still need to be sure of their ban target before they do it, and in this case, its your word on what happened vs virtual, assuming he ever even comes to the forum.

Its pointless to continue this.
