Thanks for your guys help. What I learned was I need to tell an adult/buy a gun/learn karate/check if he uses my shovel to kill people/stay away from him/buy a dog/check for missing persons in walmart.

I know guys -_-. I didn't take what he said to heart. I don't plan on calling the cops or anything. I don't feel in danger, but he wants me to piss someone off so he can beat them up. He told me that to my face. Last night my brother heard his car alarm go off around 1 am, and then heard 2 dudes talking next door. Looking like history is repeating its self lol. Does anyone here have a background checker? I want to see what he has done other then the drug problems in his past.

Thank you! I was just suggesting things. I agree the gun is a bit intense. Though the stun gun would be good. I still think martial arts would be good. Even if it isn't for self defense it is just really fun and a great workout! I don't have much life experience but I do have some ideas. Even if you don't follow it I may as well give it.
