Goal: Our guild is a PVP faction. So our goal is to unite new people to pvp with and build new trust and friendship. We are also trying to bring back nether pvp and build as a guild.

triple posting isn't gonna help you. I would suggest you be a bit more original, not saying you copied something NTC-related but you see where people might think that.
Also, everyone is trying to make his own faction it seems, so I would suggest you add yourself to an existing faction like Imperial or so, I know they like PvP.
