Hey Phara, this is a message specifically to you, or anyone that knows _Pharazon_ IRL, or has his Skype address. I urgently need to talk to _Pharazon_ about the Subway concerning the new spawn City Subway Station. without his cooperation the new station will not be able to be completed as i will be unable to connect the western line to the station.

nope, but he was on briefly this morning, too briefly to be caught though :/
