Looking to open up a new town: Looking for admins.

Basically i have played minecraft for a longtime, feel like making a city/town. I am friendly and welcoming to any suggestions/requests. I have helped many people in need and have building materials that i can offer to people in need. Im just looking for some guyz who want to have fun, friendly and love building. being formal in applications is not my thing so just tell me why you would want to join the town or be admin.
