NORDICA Electoral Roll (Electoral Reform)

NORDICA ELECTORATE
As time passes and Nordica slowly grows there comes a time to pause and review.
Nordica currently has no codified constitution and with the interests of moving towards a free society and democracy the time has come for voting reforms.
This thread's purpose is to act as a database for the citizens and residents of Nordica, so that elections and referendums can be carried out from time to time.
But inorder to hold votes, elections and referendums, an electoral roll must first be writen.
Those interested in joining Nordica can post on this thread a long with leaving their ingame user name (some people have different forum usernames).
Current known electorate and citizens of Nordica;

What constitutes a citizen with voting rights? Party Member or a taxpayer with building privilleges within a Nordica plot or anyone who owns property within Nordica or has landownership of a plot with the realm name; Nordica.
I'm currently looking to update this database and new members are always welcome.
Those who wish to apply for citizenship of Nordica and become a voting member can comment on this thread or PM myself (Kingofturves) in game or on the forums.
