So, I'm guessing mushroom quality goes like this:
(Lowest to highest)

Automatic farmed mushrooms.
Hand picked farmed mushrooms.
Giant mushroom, mushrooms.
Hand picked, randomly generated mushrooms.

Fixed the order. Randomly generated mushrooms can be poisonous....
