New Frog town is Approaching

Hello Citizens of Minerealm
The walls are rising soon and the city has been layed out. It will not be long before it starts to get more and more busy.
I'm here to inform all the previous ( within the last 3-4 Days that have asked to be part of frog town ) and all New residents and people who are looking for work or a place to live within the new city with an update for the new Frog town.
Since the 1.8 patch has been set back further then Monday Sept 12th we have adjusted schedule for moving people in and it is as follows.
Worker's will be moved into the city around the time of 16th-18th
Residents will be allocated to move into the city by hopefully the 20th-22nd
All applications are being accepted right now and information for new residents or workers will be re-PM'd upon your information given, back if we have a spot available for you or if you are required to be hired
Workers will be payed via FROGBANK payments of hourly wages or Salary depending on your job.
Residents will be Required to pay monthly fee's of 2200 RC if living in the Red Quarter Payed on the 31st-2nd each month.
Residents will be Required to pay monthly fee's of 550 RC if living in the Blue Quarter Payed on the 31st-2nd each month
Residents of Green and Yellow Quarter have no RC payment per month.
All residents will be required to pay an amount of 2500-10,000 RC upon moving into a new property in an Quarter of the city.
The projected size of New Frogtown via Crystal City production and development of SUIKAC&C at the moment is 64 Plots, City land is targetted at a perfect square of 36 Plots divided 4 ways into 8 Plots per Quarter totalling 4 different living areas that include.
Red Quarter
All residents within this Quarter of the city have 24/7 red stone enhanced security from all players from the rest of the city and will have access to red quarter and all other red quarter residents. other things are and will be included upon living in this section of the city, House size is also given the biggest building area here. with the exception of roads, lights and other things needing to be added. More expensive neighbourhood. More details to follow for this Quarter.
Blue Quarter
All residents within this Quarter of the city have the most scenic view of the ocean and its properties including a beautiful harbour and the ability to have a house built on the water. This section of the city is also going to be home to a more upbeat type of neighbourhood with encouragement to create effectively sized houses that stand out from your neighbours. monetary payment will be payed for the best looking houses within this sector, as it will be a great scenic area for new players and veterans to visit alike. More details to follow for this Quarter.
Green Quarter
This will be the most enhanced area for people who enjoy having tree's and nature around them, this Quarter requires your house and surrounding area to be almost induced to nature. There will be a one of a kind In-City Forest that will be created in this Quarter that includes streams,paths and a scenic walk for anyone who enjoys nature within a close proximity to home. More details to follow for this area. Most houses will not be able to be excessively big, but RC payments will follow for people who can create the nicest houses in a natural environment for people to enjoy.
Yellow Quarter
This Quarter of the city is the most family oriented part of the entire city as it will include a Superstore that sells food for the people of the entire city (especially for the adaptation of the food bar and new foods now) as well as the new Frogbank will be located here. this area has local house size requirements as it is going to be the most organized for people living within it. More details to follow for this Quarter.
Middle of the City Area
The middle remaining 4 plots of the city will be turned into some sort of infra-structured area with access to the new projected Crystal Subway station within New Frog town. plus many other things including areas heading off to all of the planned quadrants of the city. More details to follow for this Area.
As of now we are recruiting the following for hire or to reside
1 Redstone Engineer ( rough switch and process layout knowledge please)
1-2 Wall Construction Builders
1 Interior Designer
1 RC Farmers ( will be payed and supplied upon hiring )
1-2 Wall Construction Farmers
2 Sand Farmers
1-20+ Old / New Residents
As well we are looking at this time for weekly purchases of hefty amounts of the following. (stacks, or double chests)
-Sand/Glass
-Slimes/Sticky Pistons
-Iron ore
PURCHASING ITEMS VIA FROGBANK FOR CONSTRUCTION
All purchases are bought via PO ( Purchase Order) Format and are all Timestamped for our purchase logs. Payment will be given from FROGBANK and then brought to the sales area where the materials and/or items will be bought and picked up at. Everything is recorded and paper logged. and all payments will be picked up via player of our choice and disposal to receive the product and then have it relocated to the city. Serious Seller's only please. We are on Schedule.
All Receipts should be SS'd by people selling so that you have an official way of knowing we payed and have received the items. We do as well. Disregarding to do so will be at your discretion, not ours.
PO's can be resent as well upon asking. please send me a PM or ask in game.
