Spawn Lux. Apartments is open for business! Nice large floors available for rent or purchase! Rent/buy a full floor or or half, full floors are 550 upfront and 450 daily rent, half a floor is 275 upfront and 200 daily.
Purchasing a full floor is 2k and half is 1.2k, if you are using the apartment for a business its 200 extra and 10% of your company earnings go to us.
Deluxe apartment: The deluxe is the top floor apartment tithe full glass ceiling and full floor. 700 upfront and 550 daily rent or purchase for 3.5k.

Sorry, top floor has been claimed by berraboi, she really wanted it pay me half in advance. The second to top floor will have 360 degree glass walls, but no sky roof if you'd be interested in that.....
