The Dutchman is simply a castle, where some houses are gathered, with works as a community, when you are allowed in you have access to community chests, where you can use the materials stored by fellow Dutchman, it has a nice clean spot in the sea, yet bit far from spawn, it has a very deep mine, and a very high tower (Which means the mine is at the very bottom and the tower at the very top, a tree and sugarcane/wheat farm, a pool, etc.

No, the only requirement is that you're a nice person, and atleast speak English normally. A little building talent is never missed of course, and yes, if the person is promising I will bring him/her there, and I can always give coordinates.

What are the cords im a great builder, not to be cocky or anything.
