Trouble Contacting Player

hey guys I've been trying to purchase some plots from a fellow player for the last 2 months and can never seem to get in contact with him, i messaged him on the forum but he hasn't been on here in almost a year and from what i can see in game he normally only logs in for a few minutes once a month to save his plots. any ideas would be great.
