Id like to buy a realm a little closer to spawn. Anyone know of any open or who wish to sell one?

I have one around 500 blocks from spawn I might be willing to sell. I'm just not sure yet because it has a stronghold on it (the portal was removed "legitly" by staff). It's not the closest realm so the max I would sell you it for would probably be 20k but I'm not sure yet.

How close to spawn are you after? Within 200; 500; 1000 blocks?
