Build 2. Definitely Build 2.
Build 1 is soul-less and, to be frank, quite ugly. Build 2 has character, a lived-in feel and invites you in to explore. I really like it

I'm going to agree with teejay. We already have plenty of souless edifices at spawn.

Build 2 is under construction! I messed up build 1 in the first place and I tore it all down today! Also the realms around it, Puged, Alexribicki, Bu1ld0g, and Kerovons are all a similar theme/will soon be a similar theme! Feel free to come check them out sometime along the west path!
