Spawn Point Renovation Proposition 2.0

So hey. Mitchie here again. Other post marked as invalid because the Suggestions forum is for coding specific suggestions....

So again, here with a design for spawn we pulled together tonight.

Put simply, spawn is in a very bad state at the moment and nothing has changed in a long time. I see it in the same state every time I log in, and that is quite intermittently to say the least.

Below are some shots of our design that we believe would make a fantastic replacement for the current 100x100 spawn area.

Criticisms on our design are welcome, however, I'm sure you all agree that something needs to be done at spawn. It certainly doesn't give a great first impression at the moment.

Also note that we haven't changed the actual spawn circle at all, if we are approved we might give this a shot.

Piexadecahedron here, one of the builders of the new spawn proposition!
I took a few progress shots to show the making of the spawn, and so you can see a basic overview of the spawn :P

Also, if this gets accepted, we might try to move the roads completely onto the four direct spawn realms (some of them are on the adjacent realms, like on chronic's realm). This would make spawn more organised, give more room to the owners of the realms with roads, and make it alot more symetrical ;D

What I'm worried about is implementation. This sort of thing was planned previously and progress was made for a day, then abandoned. Who would be doing the building?

Also, why not utilise the ground underneath for something?

Also, could someone post the file link? I'd love to fly around in that build and look.

AMAZING, THOUGH. That terraforming and those builds, mixed in with water and nature, will surely make spawn far more approachable. I love it. :D

Now to do something about the flatland around...

As for the building, it would be best if those of us who did the plan were all there, as we've already made it once, but we could always use more help.
About the implementation, one of the reasons we designed this new spawn was because we were tired of the current incompleted one. If we were to do the same thing, even more people would get annoyed, spawn would look very unnapealing, and we would be hypocrites :P. We would probably be able to get on at the same time, since we've already done it once. The production of the realms themselves only took a few hours to make in the plan, so we should be able to make it on MR in less than three hours :D.

Oh, hell yes. Current spawn is incredibly ugly, and this beautiful creation by Mitchie and his team is reminiscent of 3.0's much-loved garden spawn. +1 from me!
