Normally people assume someone on the net is male until corrected, at least if their name isn't obviously female. I do this myself sometimes even if even I gets frustrated when someone assume I am male.

When this is brought up, often you get the explaination that "most that plays on MineRealm* are guys". And I tend to agree that there are more guys than girls playing here, but I am a bit curious how it actually is. I am not sure there are so few girls as people in general believe.

And this is why I start this poll. Of course I am interested in your thoughts on this issue as well.

I'm with you, but on the neither option. Pretty sure someone voted for them as a joke, though.

I'm reminded of a survey that ratta hosted earlier this year.



This was the result of the 86 people who voted on what gender they were.

But I guess maybe it is time take roll again.

The "don't know" is...odd. The "neither" option could be valid (some people are gender neutral) but most of the votes it gets will probably be jokes.

I chose I don''t know. I did this so the faces (these ones: ) have less of a chance of tracking me. They're watching and I know it.
