Just choose to load a different version in the launcher and you'll be able to get on.... I'm amazed you people still don't know this and this multiple version launcher has been out for a while now.

For those who don't understand, just go to "profile" in the launcher and either create a new one or just open your current one, then, under "versions", change it to 1.6.4, then click play. Hope that helps.
