Welcome to my lovely thread I just made.

As the title states, I am in need of probably about 2 DIGGERS to flatten out my realms for me. The picture that is posted with this should show all the realms that I need flattened. Pretty clear.

The diggers can name a price they want to help flatten and one of the following two options:

Option 1:
Keep all materials(Except Glowstone) and take more credits for helping.
(This place has a pretty good amount of materials besides the Glowstone)

Option 2:
GIVE BACK all materials that you have acquired with your flattening and take more credits for the job.

NOTE: There will be a lot of credits along side the credits that I will be GIVING you. So I don't want to overpay on this job, please.

If you are interested in applying for this, I would like to have people that can get the job done as quick as possible.

Post on here what price you want and what option you have chose.

I can work on this after halloween. I prefer to return the items to you after the job is done, 5k payment for the entire job (includes returned items).

For maximum efficiency I need either one of these two to be true:
- There is a nearby tamed spawner I can use to fix my tools
- Tools are provided (Note that the quality of the tools influences my ability to fulfill the job effectively)

Otherwise, I look forward to demolishing this building!

Thanks for the feedback guys. I am a bit busy at this moment, but you two will be perfect for the job. Sera, I can do 5k easy, but don't have the resources to support the tools. I know of a spawner close though. If you go through my nether portal, there is a room right down the hall with another portal that leads you right to a spawn.

Also, Austin, didn't realize you lived close. How much would you want to get paid and what option are you choosing?

EDIT: Sera, if you want to do the job alone for 5k, I can do that, but if I add another person (liek austin) to the job then it might bring your pay down. We can work something out. I might only need one person to do the job.

I'm fine working with someone else, as long as my pay stays above 2.5k if he joins. If he doesn't, or does significantly less than I do, I'll set a price between 2.5 and 5k.

I'll be there on Nov. 1, prepare!
