Need *semi* mining job

As you can see here,
http://map.minerealm.com/map/#/-3214/64/-2019/-2/0/0 there is a somewhat annoying and ugly tower on my realm.. I obviously want it gone. Just name a price, and we'll discuss it.

I have no idea about pricing but I live within one or two thousand blocks and would be fine digging this up for you, I HAVE been rather bored...

Unless the visual representation on the map is somehow different, the building seems pretty small and it seems like a 10 minute job at the most. Therefore, Im not sure your really need assistance, unless you don't have any fast tools or something.
