Slab City: Recruiting Thread

As you all may know, lately I've been less active due to a busy schedule and lots of work needing to get done since it's the end of the year. However, I have not forgot about the city and always planned to make a thread to help recruit fellow builders to help our cause. It would be in my best interest that I could possibly recruit skilled builders to help me revive the city by building esquisite houses, art, or anything else of interest that would be eye appealing. I will be posting pictures of some of the work that citizens have made and also views of the city. I will also put up photos of some of my personal builds that i have participated in making or have done myself. If you are interested in joining, I would like you to please have the following prequisites completed.
-At least 2 weeks of being on minerealm
-A few photos of some of your builds
-Possible interest in moving into the city
These requirements are not solidified and I am open minded to allow them to bend under certain circumstances. What I am mainly looking for he is possible citizens to move in and help build the city. How my system works is like this.
-You can buy a small apartment/condo like house area that takes up 1/4 of a realm. If you build it yourself, it will be about 2k, but if i build it, it is 2.5k (all land is private for protection purposes)
-A 1/2 realm house will cost about 5k for you to build your self, and 6k for me to build
-If you purchase a realm yourself, it is free of charge for you to move in and gain citizenship, for me to participate in your building if you want help, will be from free to 1k depending on how much work is planned on the 1 realm
If you don't plan on moving in, I am fine if you drop by and build whatever your would like as long as it doesn't cause any eyesore or was intentionally made for just pure annoyance. I would be happy to also allow visitors to check out the city first hand to see if you are interested.
The city's coordinates are: (-3853, 2179)
Neither Portal Coordinates are: (-500, 101, 295) (y is 101)
We also have a subway line to us if you take the west line.
