Hi all!

Some of you may have seen my application for News Writer a while back and read about what my ideal news blog would be like. I came up with The MineRealm Times, to showcase all the traits of a good information sharing system. The blog is located at news.wizardsofgoof.com and can be subscribed to via Twitter, RSS, and Email. The blog relies on the people of MineRealm to tip us off on anything that a story could be written about. Some ideas for stories:

*Kero's declaration of martial law in the Bans section
*Rokkr having to take over not only all the admin duties with Intelli busy, but also most other staff duties (ban appeals, etc.). (Stupid Sims.)
*Dlgn's craziness. x3
*People's reactions to upcoming stuff: quartz, horses, and the new guild system (any day now, Intelli...)

Some more ideas for articles:
- Current staff: Who is who (with pictures)?
- Current prices for stuff...
- Server developments?
- Make it as short as possible, please (not much time to read everything).

More like a stock magazine than news, but I tend to do my best to take care of people who are looking for prices. We could perhaps try updating Jack's list?[/quote]

Perhaps you could be more specific? I'd love to see information about more social developments (as opposed to just plugin updates and rule changes).

I doubt that OZ is going to make his articles shorter just because one user hasn't got time to read them. A summary of an article at the end for people short on time, on the other hand, is an excellent idea.
