Descriptions of the sports:
Dueling: At the dueling center two duelers fight in a 3x10 ring. they may only use stone swords and the first person to die losses the duel.

Zinglag: Zinglag is the national sport of Zarthinia. The field is roughly 30x17 and has two goals, one at each end. The game involves using a Q thrown block. Once you have the block you cannot move other than to look around with your head. You have 10 seconds to throw the block to a player on your team. If a player from the other team collects the block you threw then it makes its way down the field towards your goal, and so on. Zinglag is a fast paced game revolving around pure luck.

I feel that the dueling is a little crude, and no element of luck...
If i were you i would have tnt that could be remotly set off, or lava pits, if you know what I mean...

additions:
LBG stadium.
"Arrow tag" area.
Archery range (with painting targets. or a huge mob dispensing facility.)
Spleef (obviously)
Jousting range (diamond swords plus minecarts, whats not to love.)
Colosseum (a wonder at a sports club? yes!) a massive Colosseum, at least 4000m^2 playing field, with a giant mob tower meant to safely dispense armies of uninjured mobs on command of the red stone gods!
50 meter pool with deep end and diving board (could be shortened to 25 meter if that is too big.)
a downhill speed-rafting ever-branching path, for boats!
other stuff...

I agree with taggerung, my realm is a bit small for all that stuff.
