If you hadn't heard already, sting709 and I are working on a big city project that will have multiple apartments, condos, houses, mansions and what so for sale. Shops and banks will also be made with other sorts will be added at the people's will. Permission must be given to allow any projects to under go and we are currently working on the realms to make the area ready for opening. This is a giant collection of realms to prevent any griefing to occur in the city and only owning the property in the realms will allow access to the certain areas. I will hand out permission to anyone who buys property on my land and sting709 will do the same. This project is currently not fully done but a new topic will be made during opening. We will allow people to move in the current living spaces that are for sale now though. Any info will be provided if you message me when on the server. I keep chat off for the sake of only getting any important messages. You can take a look of the area at the coordinates X: -3800 and Z:2100.

I must also add that, as said, griefing of other players will not be tolerated and to do so will force me to having to remove your permissions to the realms and have to move your items and belongings into the public realm where you pick them up and use them to do what ever you need.
