Some of you may be aware of the current project that I am undertaking.

I am looking for a rather sizeable loan from an individual or guild of 400,000 yes you read that right.

I am aware that there are few that have 400,000 credits let alone 400,000 credits to spare.

If anyone were to loan me the amount I am requesting, it would be a fairly long term loan until I have finished the majority of the project specified in the link above. I would pay you back 600,000 credits, if I can afford it when the time comes to pay you back I will also cover the cost of tax.

Also to the person if anyone does loan me the money a monument will be made of you on the island with a plaque, in recognition of the incredibly kind loan that you provided.

Thanks, I'm hoping someone does have enough, in the end they gain 200,000 from it so its not a bad deal, just to find someone with enough credits.

And what happens if you don't pay them back? Can staff ban you and reverse the credit transactions? 400k is a lot. And your project is huge. When it comes to projects, generally they get put off because the one partaking in it gets overwhelmed or unexpected IRL things come up. Or in the case of Melon14, he planned a mega build and probably received donations. But I don't think he ever started the project before he was banned. To my knowledge, he never appealed.

You also need to explain why you need the credits. If it's for realms, I think having someone else buy the realms is a better way to go and have them agree to sell them to you at 12k or so when you have the money.

To clarify it is for realms, sorry I forgot to mention that initially. I did think about having someone buy the realms then I by them back but
1. That's a lot of realms to buy, it would take some time.
2. I need MOTD's set in all the realms I buy.

I will pay them back unless I die IRL, then in that eventuality I'm sure an admin can make the realms public and reverse the transaction.

I know there is a trust issue involved in loaning such a large amount, for some reassurance look at my user rep, also if I stole the money an inevitable ban would be heading my way, I have never been banned before, I do not intend to start now. Also if I tried to get out of paying the person back, wouldn't look good on my current staff application.

If I do decide mid way through the project to not complete it (highly unlikely) or in fact at any time, I assure the person who loans me the money that I will sell all realms purchased with their money and return it to them plus as much of the 200,000 interest I can at the time, or again I would be faced with the business end of a ban hammer.
