The past, and present of Vortex

So i thought since alot of other guilds have things like this id do one for my group, Vortex.
In the beggining
Vortex started out as Sinnale. Sinnale was a neighboor-hood. It was mainly me and Daimond_Boss, which he at the time, owned Orion. I wasnt a pvp person at all. Until oneday i did iron pvp, and won alot of diamond stuff. Me being newer to the server, thought this was a dream to me. This is how it all started.
The transformation to a pvp community
When i first was thinking of starting a faction, the odds of getting any players was slim. Arcane was in full swing, and many more factions were at spawn all the time pvping. I then met roach (Cockroach14) and immedietly we hit it off. He joined Sinnale which was the next day, renamed to Vortex. Now to get more members was nearly impossible. We picked up a few friends of roaches and mine, and we had a pretty solid small team. We practiced alot, and we were becoming a better group.
Getting known
This was the hardest step. We had around 15 realms in all, and noone was leaving or joining new factions. Roach and I, and Red416 all started to get known. We worked hard and soon, it paid off.The faction AOD dispanded and we picked up Tiny_Tiger2012 Dilsifprosif1 Ullabooyy and MkMan2008. This really hit off Vortex getting us out there.
The present state of Vortex
Currently Vortex has 22 members. We dont all pvp. some are builders some are enchanters some are just good friends! We've expanded from 4 realms to over 120 realms! Vortex is one of the most well know factions behind Arcane that is left on the server. Every week we are expanding and growing.
Backround Details
I, OneManWo1fPac am the owner
Roach, is the co-owner
Diamond_boss, who is sadly no longer with us, is the go-to back up guy.
Id like to say a huge thanks to EVERYONE who has been in Vortex, still is in Vortex, and people who are Wanting to join Vortex.

Cheers!

You forgot to mention fatbubbysfunny. He aided with your name somehow, because he had a "Vortex" long before you guys did. You either took his faction over, or stole the name.

You missed the part where you talk about the constant spamming of PvP arguments in chat and over the forums, might want to slip that in somewhere?

He's simply showing his gratitude to Vortex's growth and showing how proud he is of its prosperity and its members. No need to start a flam war iixam. That was completely uncalled for. Please, if you're want to say something provoking, DON'T POST IT AT ALL. This is not a thread for flaming.

I know what you mean, I should follow the example of glorious leader OneMan and never flame. Ever.

I don't want this thread to be locked, so please stop. OneMan has paid for his crimes with ban time, and we aren't all like that; I, in particular, am very anti-flame. You're pretty much flaming right now, and I beg you to stop before this gets out of hand. This thread is for the discussion of Vortex's history. I don't want it to become just another Vortex vs. everyone else flaming thread.

Again, iixam, just because Oneman does it, doesn't mean you should. I politely ask you to refrain from posting any provocative comments here. We just want to celebrate and acknowledge Vortex's prosperity. If you are not going to bask in the celebration, then please refrain from posting negative comments. :) Thanks.

Back to the real topic at hand. Celebrating and being proud of Vortex's progress.

That was so beautiful!

Congratulations to Vortex on their huge growth (and to any other guilds that have gone from nothing, to greatness.)
I hope Vortex will continue to be a strong guild and continue to grow. Perhaps from solely PvP to something even greater like Arcane.

As for all of Vortex...

You've got a friend in me.
