Giving up my wool buisness: Selling 1,111 stacks of wool

Did you ever want to feel like Rockefeller? Here's how you could become MineRealm's wool tycoon:
Due to the fact that some of my best customers somehow "disappeared" and that I won't have a lot of time to continue with my little wool business until next summer I decided to downsize it and sell all the wool in stock. So, I am offering more than 1,111 stacks of colored wool for at least 64k (net) or highest bid until due date. In case you want to pay later I am willing to take payment securities (if you want to end of the year). Please see below for futher details.

The WOOL:
58 stacks gray
75 stacks magenta
36 stacks purple
60 stacks cyan
46 stacks green
54 stacks light green
105 stacks yellow
60 stacks pink
75 stacks orange
46 stacks black
118 stacks red
125 stacks blue
128 stacks white
42 stacks brown
87 stacks light blue
53 stacks light gray
1168 stacks total
That's 55 credits/stack net (or 61 before tax) or 1500 credits/chest net.
Some facts: With this amount of wool you rule the standard wool market. You will be able to offer a better price than everybody who is producing wool right now. Your competition needs about 50-100 hours (and some stacks of iron) to harvest this amount of wool (and it's not so very easy to find cheap labor). I recently checked the buying prices of my competitors and they are higher than the price I offer here... so it does not seem to be a problem to sell the wool for a much higher price if you offer the wool. Over the last couple of months I usually reached a sales price for colored wool between 150 and 220 - you just need to offer it in an ongoing basis. I bought nearly 30 realms after I started my wool business this summer. If I had the wool when I started (or if some players would still be here), I would probably have around 100 realms.
Some information for the builder: You could build a sign that covers about 29 realms. You could make a border 2+ blocks high around the whole map. You earn 37k by just placing the wool. If you don't place them, you need about 43 chests for storage.
PLEASE NOTE: PRICE: Price is PLUS tax, ie. the money that I receive, ie. the buyer covers the tax in addition to it. DUE DATE for bids: Due date is September 9th, 2012 and the due date will be moved everytime for 24 hours if there is a bid within the last 24 hours of the due date. A bid is only valid if it is 2k higher than the last bid. PAYMENT SECURITY: If you don't want/can't pay the full amount, I take realms as security to the amount of 8.5k. You sell me a realm for 1 and after you paid the amount you owe me I sell it back to you for 1. Payment securities are valid for 3 months, thereafter I'll sell them. If needed, you can get member status for realms given as security (I'll charge a fee of 500 per member/realm because I need to go to the realm). I am selling the whole package, please don't ask if you may buy a certain number of stacks (just ask the new buyer).
