(A Different Kind of Auction) Permits to my Farm

Most auctions are for items. Some are even for a "slave" or so to speak. Others are for, say, villagers or other mobs. But this, this is similar to the bliss farms. Except it's just one crop, but you get to farm literally thousands of it for 10 whole days.
What is that crop? The quintessential minecrafting crop! Wheat! It has more uses than anything else. Pumpkins? No. Useless. Melons? They barely fill you up! Sugar cane? Cacti? Both are mainly for decoration to some extent. Wheat! It's quite useful for creating food. Cake, cookies, and bread. It even breeds animals for more noms down the line. Not only that, but it's pricey. It goes for about 40 to 50 a stack. This farm can allow a harvest of more than 100 stacks (estimation) of it. 100x40= 4,000 credits or more!
So, what exactly is up with "this farm"? Well, remember when I wanted miners? Fndfilms, Zachhunt, Hshizzlefresh, MsPacman, and more that I forgot helped me dig out from Y: 60 to Y:6 under my HQ. And now, that's a half a dozen tiers of state of the art farm. I don't really have much of a use for it, because I'm all stocked up with wheat. But anybody who wants to sell a mass produced crop or wants to satisfy those late night snack trips to the melon farm can make great use out of this farm!
Here's what you get: 240 hours of access to my realm. I'll give you a tour and show you how to operate it. You must use your own seeds or seeds you got from a harvest. You may not alter above the start of the farm in any way, shape, or form.
Starting Price: 100 credits
Minimum Increments: The first increment must be 50 credits. Each increment must then be at least 50 credits more than the previous one.
Ending Date: August 24th 7:00 PM EST
