Description: Colman Manor, formerly known as Auburn Manor and created by MsPacman, as a castle-like manor. It has a large wall with four turrets, and a middle turret where beds, enchanting tables (ready made) and potions equipment are kept, along with some empty rooms for additional things should you wish to use them.
Many furnaces are also provided, as well as 3 storage rooms, a water well, a underground wheat, pumpkin, melon, sugar and egg farm and an diner in the middle tower. Is also home to a small collection of birch trees and a giant mushroom should you wish to use them.
Roanoke is very close to this realm.
Disclaimer: If you place a bid in this auction, you do so with the knowledge that should you have the winning bid, you must pay that particular bid unless if you have an extremely good reason not to, this can be discussed with me. If I do not believe your reason to be sufficient, I will discuss the issue with staff and they will give the final verdict. Should staff state that you should pay and you refuse to pay, you are liable to be BANNED.
If you are the second highest bidder and there is an issue with the winning bid, then I will ask you if you still want to pay. Should you want to pay, then by all means do, but should you decide not to you are NOT at risk of a ban.

- If 3 or more bids are made on the 19th of August (5 days time), the auction WILL be extended by a day. Should this happen, the extension will roll on until said extension requirements are not met.
- If no bids are made on the 19th of August (5 days time) or later, I reserve the right to end the auction prematurely.
