Hey Minerealmites! With the Wilderness expansion and the update to our favorite Testificates, I was expecting to see a greater market for emeralds. Sure, they would start as a luxury high priced item, with much of them being traded in for Glowstone, but I thought to see a few more sales and auctions. There are a few emerald ore auctions out there, but thats about it. Is everyone in hoarding mode at the moment until there is a stockpile worth to go into business with, or is it simply still that rare?

In the end, I am looking to buy some emeralds to finish a memorial of sorts, and I am willing to spend credits, and can trade for other pricey items.

They are still quite a pain to get. It takes a lot of wheat or paper to get a decent amount.

I think we traded about 7 double chests of wheat and 2 double chests of paper and ended up with just over two stacks of emerald blocks. 9 stacks of emeralds was converted to glowstone so that leves us with just over 1 stack of blocks.

Still working on hoarding wheat and paper to do another big trade but I've been distracted by other things recently. (emerald ore)

Anyway, a single emerald block would probably go for 900 RC. Pretty pricy. I saw someone selling a stack of blocks for 55k today though.

This is what I'm doing atm. Trying to get 162 double chests of wheat to trade in for emeralds.
