Hello! Need money but not sure how to get it? Here's a loan business. Tired of hearing new players saying "i ned homme plz hep"? Here's a free hotel for new players! Here is how they work!

You need 30k, and you can't pay back the money for 2 months. Here's how it'll work!
I give you 30k.
The 2 months pass. In that time, because it was 2 months, you need to give back 32k. Say you're 3 days late after the 2 months are up, you need to pay 33500 credits back. If you were 4 days late, it would be 34000 credits you owe me. After a week too late, it's a ban/resolve request.
So, for every month I have to wait to get it back is 1k, and every day it's late is another 500 credits.

The hotel is just a free hotel new players can store their stuff at until they get their own realm. Or, for a small fee, they can rent a room there. They have to start paying after 2 weeks.

Forgot to say something, we need food suppliers for the hotel portion, as there will be food for the new players.

I can supply watermelon, wheat, and sugar cane. I can also supply mushrooms but they will be in low quantity until I figure out how to make a proper mushroom farm.

KK, but for a proper mushroom farm, just put a few in a dark inside place.
