Selling Villagers - Slightly more affordable!

Hello! I am selling villagers for 35,000 credits per pair. I believe these are the cheapest on MineRealm. Price-matching is available! Villagers will be transported along the subway lines from the City of Clow. Switching lines is a bit difficult, but possible, even without the help of someone with build permissions. I will help out with the line switching, and getting the villagers onto the subway, but actual transportation through the subway is up to you. It is mostly baby-sitting them as they go through switches and such. Replacement villagers are available, should anything happen.

Two villagers are enough to populate an entire village, and with villager trading right around the corner, now is the perfect time to buy some.

Up until now, the villager market has been fairly monopolized due to people not wanting to spread villagers around. Now, due to competition, people will be able to save some credits =]

You're actually the one that pushed me to this, Prod :( I was content with them being rare =/

On a side note, price reduced to 27,000 credits.

ya Shadow.... I'm not sure if he realizes this but this server could have basically been run by just you two. Unfortunately for you he decided to make a huge mistake and try to make a quick buck by selling villagers. I'm sure that you are pretty irate with him and I apologize out of sympathy for you about Prod. So sorry

Nope. There were at least four players who owned villagers at the time I posted the first auction.

Two questions.

1. Is it even possible for me to get villagers from their origin to my realms on the eastern border? If I can get a hold of Grolpesh (sp) I can possibly tie into his subway lines, and maybe that will get it done.

2. Will you take installments? I play every day, and while I'm sure the price will still be reasonable once I have the credits, I could either lock in at this rate win or lose. I don't see the downside to this considering you'll just breed more anyway.

PS: Sucks you can't just go out onto the server and find your own villagers.

Yes, I'm perfectly fine with that.

As far as getting them to your realm though... that's on you =/ Minecarts can be pushed agonizingly slowly without tracks, but you cannot push them upwards at all. You can let the villagers out of the minecart, where they can be pushed, but they do sporadically run around sometimes, so this is not ideal for any sort of long distance. You would definitely want to get them as close to your realms as possible via subway.

An alternative idea is, if you are not surrounded by private realms, you can place temporary tracks in public land on the surface to where you can push them along. You'd need to get them out of the main subway system for that though (you could do it before you hit private realms at a station, if possible).

This sounds really silly but you can actually move mine carts with fishing poles while a mine cart isn't on a rail. It basically makes the mine cart jump 1-3 blocks by "catching" the mine cart and then reeling it in. It is still pretty slow but on the other hand it is faster than pushing a mine cart. Plus you can go up and down hills rather easily. (:
