Realm 1: x-325/z75
Realm 2: x-325/z125

Each realm is 75k and comes with 1 stack of mossy brick. Please message me or comment here if interested.

I bought 2 realms even closer for a sum of only 45k, and you want to sell them for 75k each? They aren't even close enough to be considered spawn realms.
I say you lower the price if each to about 30k, I'm sure someone would look into buying them then

And yet I've sold realms that far and even further near spawn for 100k+ it's all about who is buying.

True, but everyone wants a realm owned by Rokkr .

Anyhow, despite the point Rokkr made you would probably have a better chance to sell them if the price was lowered. However it's your sale so all the power to ya.

Keep in mind that he's offering mossy brick too. Thing is, if those where in my quarter region I might buy, but they are out of my way.

Also, Rokkr sold me a realm next to my casino for like 25k. Realms really vary in price.
I only did that because we were doing buisness at the time and I know how badly you needed it, don't forget the realm that was next to that I got 100k for. Anyway's lets get back on subject.

Sorry for so much posting, just thought I would recognize one point: On the realm x-325/z75, the subway runs straight through it, making very easy/fast transportation. And heck if you buy both even better .
