Auction: Triple Cave Spider Grinder

All three cave spider spawners can be accessed from one room. The whole grinder covers four realms with untouched natural minecraft land on the surface at (-3505, 4578). The grinder allows you to go from level 0 - 50 in just over an hour.
Starting Bid: 40,000c
Buyout: 100,000c
Ending Date: July 31, 2012 ( 07/31/12 ) - A week from now.

The minimum is probably 40k because it sits on 4 realms. Selling it for less than 36k would result in him losing money, as he can sell the 4 realms to the server for 36k.

Ok first off. Ending time is 1:00 PM PST...
And fatbubb, shaddowdemon is right. I don't want to lose any money based on the minimum i could already receive on the realms from the server. I typically wouldn't want anything valued in credits but you can always try to convince me.
