That's right, I'm selling the Imperial Quad spawner. I find no use of it, and neither to many of our members, considering most of them are banned. So why not make some money out of it?

The spawner consists of 2 realms, but one of the realms has 3 spawners, and the other has 1. There is also a storage/furnace room, and you can keep the items in the chests.

The only stipulation is that you MUST keep the spawner public. The point of this spawner in the first place was to make a fast spawner that anyone has access to. If you are not willing to meet this, then do not even post on this thread. So therefore, by making a bid on these realms, you agree to keep this grinder public.

Would having it open to public but only usuable by one-two people at a time be ok? also would It be ok to give my guild priority acces?

If you want the realms strictly public, why sell them at all? Also, since my credits are all but exhausted at the moment I will buy all the realms for 3k each! If you accept, of course.

By quad spawner, you mean that all four monster spawner are activated by being inside one players activation radius? Or is it four single spawners?

These are the rules that Imperial is abiding by as of now. Guild members have priority. Due to the openness of the grinder, up to 3 people can fit in it at once. I'd just recommend 1.

If I wanted the placed to be griefed to hell, then I wouldn't sell them to anyone. But since I still want this quad grinder to be maintained well, I will sell it to someone who is willing. Also. No.

All 4 spawners are activated by standing in the grinding room.

The coords are -1122, 3903, but its a 3 minute run by way of Nether.
