If the owner of this town sees this, I want to buy your town. Seems it's been around awhile and you are barely on so if you see this, I'm offering a 35K pay upfront and payments up to 50K.

I accidentally passed through there today, looks pretty cool. Have you pm'd the owner? He is still fairly active in-game.
