At the bottom of the forum, it says all times are UTC. And the time of each post is also given on each bid. So, you could have it end on May 31 @ 7 PM EST (June 1 @ 12 AM UTC (when May 31 ends and June 1 starts)) by ignoring all bids posted after then. But no biggie
