That's a bit pricey :/ I sold my spawn realm same distance away for 20K I may of been stupid to sell it at that price but don't think I was.

I've sold one's this close to spawn for up to 100k, and it's not Lineant's it was one of Tyloor's.

This isn't my spawn realm, but I may post a request for intelli to take it from Roobean, then do a Auction like he did for NTC, if Roobean doesn't start building in the realm soon.

D= that isn't fair =/, I have been planning out on single player what I am going to build so that when I start to copy it across I can build it in mine realm as quickly as possible, its a huge idea which I am almost done creating, it creates a whole new feel and looks awesome =] it is as if it's a new biome too, if you want lin i can pm how i got the idea to do what I'm doing and stuff, u will be interested =D
