I have for sale 9 realms which are almost all flattened.
They are at about 2200,3000
there is some stuff in the chests not brilliant stuff but stuff.

Starting price: 100,000
minimum Incriments: 5000
buyout 150,000
end date: 21/05

I know that it is not good to be posting against an auctioneer, but 9 realms that far from spawn are hardly worth 10k apiece, unless there are spawners on these I would suggest lowering starting bid. Thanks

Actually, they're worth 10,000 or more. 1.) They are realms, which are 10k normally. 2.) They are nearly flattened, which is a big plus to some people.

Is the underground level, say y: 20 and under, sufficiently mined out? When did you purchase these realms? Before or after the most recent map wipe? Have you or anybody mined in them to the point where mining would be interrupted?

I bought them, probably less than 2 months ago, I have done absolutely no mining in the realms also I see no evidence of any previous mining gone on there.

I bought them, probably less than 2 months ago, I have done absolutely no mining in the realms also I see no evidence of any previous mining gone on there.

The area around the realms is almost completely untouched, there is just one road that goes nearby. If you like you can have a look around

Also for the person who buys these realms, there is going to be a special bonus.

I tried selling a flattened out realm about 2000 blocks out from spawn for 10k... no bids after a week. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did, though, since 9 continuous realms of flat space could be used for some kind of megabuild.
