More Info: 33 seconds from spawn point. Connected to Spawn Road in one place, soon to be in another. It has a large Eiffel Tower from y128 to the ground, which is about 8 blocks lower than the spawn point. If you'd like I can put in grass at the normal level. There's about 15 doublechests of random junk (stone and iron tools, cobble, dirt, coal, etc) and I'm throwing in some Glowstone with the deal.

I know it's really hard to find realms for sale in this location range. Recently I made the same offer to someone else who's interested in a Spawn realm. Basically, they said they'd check it out but haven't OK'd the offer yet. So, I'm selling to whoever notifies me first that they want it.
