[AUCTION] Skeleton Spawner Coords

Skeleton Spawner for sale. Location (coordinates) only,
NOT ON A PURCHASED REALM.
Starting Price: 2k
Buyout: 10k
I have attached a very clear verification photo that shows the spawner on a public realm (notice the sign I posted) with a player list to verify it is on Minerealm. Because there is an easy possibility of me get you-know-whated on this deal since I don't have rights over the spawner, I will have to ask for the credit transfer before I give the location and show you down to the spawner.

Can you give an approx. distance/time from spawn city spawn? The location plays a big roll in the price.

how about he/she just gives us the distance from all 3 spawnpoints/major cities!!!! lol
EDIT: don't do that, 1 at most, 2 or more pinpoints the location to 1 or 2 points.

What's the point of him auctioning it off if he doesn't make any profit? He obviously intends to just sell away the cords to the spawner.

It is about 2000 blocks, straight line distance, from (0,0). That is all I will give you.

I don't own the realm, it is public. I am only selling the location. Once you buy the coordinates it is yours, I will leave you alone and you can buy the realm if you would like.

Spawners are not rare, why sell the coords?
I can give the coords to three different skeleton spawners that are currently public. All you have to do is ask, not pay 2k.
