silk with unbreaking 3.5
dont care for Eff

best level with the highest chances is level 25 for a silk thats how i got my unbr 3 silk

I would suggest enchanting your own, I managed to get one of my own with Unbreaking III and Efficiency III, plus Silk I easier than it was to buy one - they're too useful.
