Buying PVP Items!

I'm looking to buy the following:
-Sharp IV diamond sword, hopefully with other enchants.
-Bow with power II, III, and/or fire.
I have about 7k to spend, I'm looking to spend about 4-5k on the sword and 2-3k on the bow.

I got a power III bow that I will sell for 3.5k
