Hi!

im just wondering if annyone would be intressted in Work Adds in the server? ill explain. Its a building near spawn where noobs can go to seek a job and when they say im searching for an job we give them all the work adds we have and if they say yes to an add we send an PM to the company.sounds ok? i know there is a forum where you can do it on but if the noobs dont are registerd on the forum they can go to that building instead. i hope you liked

I don't think this is necessary. There are already plenty of options for matching potential employers to potential employees. Looking for workers or work can be done in the normal in-game chat, with the option to shell out 1,000 credits for an official "advertisement" that also goes on the server's twitter page. And of course forum posts can be used for that purpose as well. Edit: as for the point you made about noobs not having forum accounts, they're encouraged to join the forums, and even if they don't they still have the in-game chat options to look for work.

It's not a terrible idea, I just don't think it's a necessary one.

If you aren't yet registered, you should not get a job. Credit payouts are for people who can actually use them in the long- term. so I don't think a person without a registered account should be getting a job in game.

I think this idea has potential, a building near spawn, that players can direct new players to. Contained within the building are signs. Signs encouraging players to register on the forums and notices containing lists of players, factions that need new members, workers, etc.
