Spawn Realm for Sell. x75 z25

Just a heads up.
THIS REALM INS'T CHEAP!
IGN: lineant
Starting Bid: 300k
Minimum Increments: 10k
Ending Date: April 15 (one month from now)
Buyout Price: 800k + tax
The realm is at x75, z25. You do
NOT get any of my stuff with the realm.
The whole realm is dug out to Y:9 with Stone Brick(which will stay) all around the realm, to block out lava/Mob spawning. Winner must pay tax.

Although I agree this realm is a great realm, since its just couple realms from spawn, the fact that there is NOTHING under the land, the starting price seems....a lil bit high. Even Teh_Bomb started his realm bid at 80k because he knew it would go up. And his realm was RIGHT next to spawn. I’d suggest moving the starting price down, because it will get high.

I will only move the starting price down to 250k, nothing lower.
If someone really wants it, they have 1 month to come up with 300k.

You dug out everything. Which will either have to be fill up, or have a giant hole under your realm with nothing in it.
Waste of money.

Hate to break it to you, but having a giant hole with the sides stone bricks isn't particularly appealing to most potential buyers.

I don't understand your logic. Having it dug out is nothing but an advantage. The point of the stone bricks is to keep neighbors from getting into any closed-off parts of the realm or placing any lava or water that flow into the realm.
