If this is incorrect, say so:

Also, you may want to make it clear whether or not the second/third/fourth highest bidder will be locked into their bids due to the nature of the auction. (I just know there has been confusion about this before.)

As per the post, do not bid for all the stacks. Bid per stack, and the winning bid can buy as many stacks as they want for that price per stack.
