Four Near Spawn Realms (SOLD!)

Great deal here, folks!
Building a town? Looking to construct a mansion? What other place is better then spawn city?
These are four realms, all touching, one giant realm. It is rare to find four realms touching at a location like this. Keep in mind these realms are only a one minute walk from spawn! (Yes, I timed it, and managed to easily arrive from /spawn in one minute and four seconds.)
You must purchase all four realms at once. You cannot buy a single realm.
The realms for sale are:
-225, -325
-225, -375
-175, -375
-175, -325
Looking for 15k each at a total of 60k.

I will buy for 60k, if no one has purchased it before i get the credits, I am getting the credits as I speak. So if no-one buys it before i have finished collecting the credits I will buy.

@Zane - I had a picture of the realms on the map but then it got updated, and I was to lazy to fix it, so yeah.

I said I will buy if no one else buys it by the time I get all the credits. Unless you don't mind waiting it could take a while to get all the credits.

Ahh, I have time, for sure. It just depends how long.
Ok then, still taking other offers.
Also honestly I'd suggest you just go there yourself, it's a short walk from spawn, and that way you can see them yourself.

im getting the creds by enchanting diamond picks to sell, so depends on what enchantments i get will affect how long it will take to get the creds.
just had a look at them not very pretty right now, but they got some potential =D
Also how much of the area underneath has been mined?
I got to wait for this auction to end, then i hopefully will have enough to buy the realms off you.
