Hey guys, putting a spawn city realm up for auction. The co-ordinates are x:75 z:225 if you want to see it for yourself.

Starting Bid: 19,000 (19K)
Minimum Increments: 500
Ending Date: 8th March
Buyout Price: 30,000 (30K)

If 30K is buyout, I don't think you can bid 40K.....

The buy out price is 30k and I had already said I will "buy it out" Fnd. I also have screen captures to confirm the offer and the current 30k buyout price should the need arise. However I don't think I'll need them as I'm sure Japee is an honorable fella and will follow through with me when we are able and the server is up.

SOLD to Surgeonbsg for 30k. The deal will be completed when the server is back up.
