Not to burst your bubble, but saddles are not worth 1k.
They are somewhat rare, but they're almost completely worthless.
Honestly I have like 20-30 of them now.

Every time I find a dungeon, I check the chests, and whenever they'res a saddle I always think to myself "I'm gonna collect these to keep track of about how many dungeons I've found." Needless to say, I find much more valuable items later on and just throw the saddle from my inventory, since they are rather worthless. This happens every time. They may seem valuable and rare, but yeah, they're not worth anything. Unless you wanna be "that guy" that rides around on a pig around Minerealm.
