he has technically stated an end date, "no later than March 1st" means that March 1st is the end date

Yeah, no. Set a SPECIFIC date and time. "When I feel like it"/"When I like the price" should NEVER appear in an auction. EVER.

Well technically he did set an end time when he said no later then march 1st, so expect the end date to be March 1st
