Backing out on an auction???

I posted 3 auctions a few days ago. One for blocks, one for potions, and one for music discs. There were a few bidders and everything went well until I tried to collect from the winners. The music disc auction was a little bit different. I had 2 sets of discs available, so I thought that it would be an fun twist to have the 1st AND 2nd place bidders win a set.
Here's a link to the auction in question. http://minerealm.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6291
TexasHitman paid right away, however I wasn't online when Hyrdobud was until just tonight. When I contacted him about the auction he said he didn't remember which auction I was talking about. He had to look it back up, then when he read it again, he thought texas had indeed won it. I guess he forgot the part about there being two sets for bid and that he also won. He then said that he had just bought 8 realms and didn't have the 11k available. I totally understood the confusion and asked him what he wanted to do about it? I could wait a few days or a week, I thought, but before I could tell him that, he got defensive.
First he said that I lied, that I didn't include the "cracked" disc. I reminded him that on the listing it did say "with the obvious exception of disc '11'". He then accused me of false advertising and that it was an obvious scam! I took a few screenshots of the end of the conversation, as soon as I noticed things turned sour. I would have taken more, but I had no reason to suspect him of turning on me like that. He said he took screenshots too, and I encouraged him to keep them and post them how he liked because I, myself, hadn't done anything wrong. What should I do next? I don't want to try and get Hydro banned or anything, I just want him to pay his debts.
Suggestions???
