Would -you- buy it if you had the opportunity?

You turn right from spawn and it is ~100 blocks in a straight line.

(I'm not actually selling it just getting a sense of interest)

Yes. It would be easy to resell considering the location, which would help to protect your investment no matter what you plan on doing with the realm. Also, considering the location, it's a perfect realm for someone looking to open up some sort of business. (Bank, shop etc.)
